Del.icio.us

I viewed Del.icio.us using the PLCMLC2 account. One of the more interesting sites is Online Reference, a best practices wiki which gives many links to online reference services such as IM and SMS.

I created a Rollyo with the topic: Crime and Punishment study guides. Here's a link to a search of Rodion, the novel's protagonist.:

warm in the ashes

In Myanmar dogs are treated badly and are considered little more than scavengers. In their endless loyalty, they would still pick their families, pin their ears and dodge the kicks and rocks, come around, but not so close you could hurt them, and live in uneasy symbiosis with people. As pups they are sometimes played with but soon become wary and unfriendly as no one can be relied upon not to whack them. With few exceptions, they all look remarkably alike too, as if sired by the same mongrel father. This little guy is sleepily warming himself in the ashes of a fire.
